Dear Friend,
Welcome to Lost Art Cards and Designs.
You might find tiny bouquets on paper, pretty places, words of encouragement, the artwork of others, or a quote from a good book.
My hope is that you will find something that delights the eye of your heart and remains a part of you for a lifetime.

About Me
I have loved greeting cards and pretty paper for as long as I can remember. They can come from the dollar store or the best gift shop in town, it doesn't matter.
My grandmother mailed me encouraging cards and letters throughout her lifetime. Whenever we went shopping and strolled through a gift shop together, enjoying the beautiful things on display, I would naturally gravitate toward the stationery department or greeting card displays. Still do. You can find me smiling as I wander through a gift shop when my eye rests on something that delights my heart. Even if I don't purchase anything, it makes me happy inside just to look at it, touch it, and appreciate the beauty offered by the item.
One year while Christmas shopping for my little girls I found a couple of small block stamping sets at a local discount store. "They would be great for little fingers to use", I thought, and I purchased them with the idea that we were going to have a good time using them to make pretty pictures. While selecting gifts for my daughters that year, I never once dreamed that one day this small purchase would lead to a home business. I just wanted to have fun and do something artistic with them.
Years later a friend invited me into her home for a stamping party. We had a lot of fun that day and I learned how to make cards and package a gift to make it look special. My love of stamping has grown ever since that day.
When walking through a craft store looking at the rows of pretty paper just waiting for me to choose-- sometimes the paper leaps right out of the holder and says, “This is the one, this is the perfect piece or pieces of paper” for the person I have in mind. I enjoy choosing stamps and colors to design a card and try to add elements that attract my eye or unusual items that add a unique quality to a card.
I like to think that my work blesses another person, that because of something I did, a smile would begin in their heart and travel outward to their face.
